EFC Contest- Jolteon

For :'s contest. They had no entries for a 'big brother' Jolteon, so I figured I'd participate.

About the picture first (although the club, I'm sure, is not basing this entirely on art). I didn't spend too long on this. Making a totally realistic looking jolteon would be difficult and would look very odd, since certain sections of hair on it's body are supposed to stick out straight because of the electricity. This is a shiny jolteon, in other words, it's supposed to look more green than yellow. The light source is somewhere beyond the bottom left corner..who knows what it is.

Now, for the contest info. If you need a name for this guy, you can call him Levsidan, or Lev for short. He is quite a few years older than his siblings, especially his little sister. Like you'd expect, he is very playful and energetic even though he is slightly overweight. At first glance he doesn't seem to be this way, but in reality he is laid back and optimistic most of the time. Over the years he has matured, so he knows when to stop before he goes too far and when to be serious, but he is hardly ever strict and can't stand telling others what to do- he usually would rather do it himself. Unlike most jolteons, his mood does not change quickly. He is physically like any other shiny jolteon, with the exception of 3 white freckles below his left eye and white paws.
